From the land, we select organic Hom Mali 105 young rice leaves, harvested at 14 days old from Roi Et province, one of Thailand’s renowned sources of premium jasmine rice from the Thung Kula Ronghai area, recognized with Geographical Indication, or GI, status.

The young rice leaves are processed using Spray Dry Technology, creating a fine, light, dry powder that dissolves easily while helping preserve the natural qualities, color, aroma, and key characteristics of the ingredient.

From the water, we co-develop Wolffia, also known as Asian watermeal, a premium aquatic plant from a closed-system farm in Kalasin province. It is produced with care for cleanliness, safety, and quality standards, offering consumers a new everyday wellness choice while supporting Thai farmers and sustainable natural resources.
